I ve been experiencing excessive gas for the last 6 months or so. I thought apples were the cause, so i quit eating them. Now, it happens no matter what i eat or drink. There is no warning at all. Especially when i stand up. I ve had a colonoscopy, which was clear
-Take Simethicone medicine. -Avoid chewing gum. -Limit your intake of carbonated drinks. -Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils. -Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw. -Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).
