Suggest Treatment For Severe Breakout On Scalp

Hello, Im am having a serious breakout on my scalp. Had this years ago and was recomended T-Gel shampoo.I ts a patch on the back of my head about 4+4. Small, maybe yeasty type scabs, insanely itchy!!! T-Gell only soothing the problem, not curing it. Any ideas on something over the counter, to heal this problem? Mahalo, Cathi

You may use cetrimide shampoo diluted as per the instruction for hair wash twice a week.
