Suggest Treatment For Severe Breast Pain
I am having severe breast aching and burning around my nipples with clear/white discharge if I squeeze the nipple area. I am on the mirena and have been for a year now. Last month I did not gety period but I can feel the strings. I don t believe I am pregnant but why are my breast sore?

It seems that you might having some infection in areola, might be having cracked nipple giving rise to bacterial infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Apply antibiotic cream local after proper cleaning the part.
If require go for through breast check up to rule out any pathology in the breast.
