Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation
hi sir.. 10 days back i was getting severe pain while passing motion. i consulted doctor and he said due to hard motion i got scratches inside so given crocin and dolo tabs for a week. medicines finished 3 days back, pain not decrased..today mng while passing motion it pained very more. Now i m not able to sit and stand also due to pain there

Hi,
because of constipation you are having these problems.
Avoid spicy and oily or junk foods.
Eat high fibre diet.
Smoking to quit.
the pain may be due to some inflammation or a simple hemorrhoids .
lactifibre 3 tea spoon in 1 glass water daily in the night after dinner for atleast 2 weeks and later if needed.
Anobliss ointment should be applied atleast twice a day .
