Suggest Treatment For Severe Coughing

hello doctor,,my mother is 75 yrs old,she is suffering from last 30 days from severe coughing ,,all blood tests are normal .x-ray shows generalised incresed broncho vascular markings till now she has been administrated with three different anti biotics.till now no much relief.what shall i do

Here prominent vascular marking along with cough suggest toward bronchitis....

Your work up done with....
-CBC with AEC
-Auscultation
-Sputum culture and examination
-spirometry if needed to assess severity

Than specific treatment instituted with according to report

If rhonchi heard and dyspnea present than bronchodilator nebulization needed

If AEC high than Allegra LC like antiallegry drug needed...

Take one tsp ginger juice with one tsp honey

Take care

Pulmonologist consultation for examination and discuss this points...
