Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain

I have suffered from severe ear pain and seepage since November. I have seen two different PCP, dentist and chiropractor. No one seems to know what is causing this. I have stage II RSD. I was in auto accicent five years and my once straight teeth have now moved over on top of each other. An orthodontist told me the RSD prohibited him from treating me. I had 16 hours of ketamine treatment a year ago. A very powerful seizure took away all of the good that did me ten days later. I am concerned about my left ear as I suffered a moderate hearing loss after the accident but now since the middle ear is still swollen and the outer ear as well, I don t know who to turn to. I can take my finernail and scrape out the dried residue several times a day. The doctor told me today there is no drainage. I m loosing my mind. The ear pain has caused the RSD to break out in my eyes, neck, chest and back of my head. I am sitting with ice on that now.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that your ear condition can be treated with systemic analgesic medicine and if the symptom does not improved then this need to be seen by ENT surgeon, Tab Acetaminophen and Diclofenac 50 mg is the best option in medicine, have a nice day.
