Suggest Treatment For Severe Ear Pain

Hi I was cleaning my ear with an earbud and I accidently knocked it and pushed it into my ear, I pulled the earbud out and it was hurting for about and hour or 2 then started bleeding after about 2 or 3 hours, it bled for A couple of minutes then stopped but my hearing sounds slightly more deaf in the ear than the other one now, have I damaged my ear?

Hello
It seems you might have caused trauma to your tympanic membrane. Keep your ear dry strictly, do not put any drops in your ear. Start tab cetrizine 5 mg at night for 7 days and add a pain killer if required. Consult and follow a ent. Please DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR EAR.......
