Hello Doctor, MY name is Somashekar, My dad is suffering from Gastrics & he is using Pantosec 40Mg tablet for every alternative days. from 30 to 35 years he is suffering from gastrics. hi, home remedies include - eating food at least 2 hours before lying down, dont eat oily and fried things in dinner keep them for lunch.
drink water after your meal and also before going to bed. lie down with left turn position and not right turn or straight. do a mild walk after dinner if possible for a minimum of 20 minutes.
