Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall And Dandruff On Scalp

I have suffered hairloss due to consumption of sotret (isotretinoin)medicine . this medicine is used to cure pimples and acnes but as a side effect I started suffering from hairloss . its been 3 years when i started taking it and i have left using it and it has been more than a year can you please suggest me some solution for my problem i also have a lot of dandruff on my scalp

hi, welcome to HCM,
Hair loss with Isotretinoin is very rare. generally it grows normally when it is stopped.
as a treating dermatologist i use ketoconazole+ZPTO based shampoo thrice weekly to treat flaking(dandruff).
tab Biotin 10 mg + PABA helps to recover hair loss fast.
apply Capixyl gel once daily.
