Good morning sir, I have suffer from the alopecia areta hair loss problem & the doctor check & the inject the specified space so many times & give the medicine biotee plus,but my hair was not come after all off this,so plz give me the best suggestion & medicine for my problemproblem hair loss.
Hello and welcome to HCM From your history, you have been treated with intralesional steroid injections i gather. It is generally a very effective and fast treatment, but since you have not seen any improvement, the hair growth in that area may not grow back well with other medicines as well. You may try minoxidil 2% solution at night if you've not tried before. Continue the Biotee plus daily. Effects will take 1-2 months. Your other options are surgical procedures such as PRP or hair transplant. This can be decided by a dermatologist after they check you. Hope this helps.
