hi,
Firstly the cause of anemia has to be diagnosed . So kindly get a Complete blood count to rule out infections causing anemia.
also you can consult a physician and take a deworming medication - Tablet Albendazole.

Take a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water and take vitamin supplements along with micronutrient supplements as hair fall occurs due to deficiency of vitamins and minerals.

Perimenopausal stress may also be a contributing factor to your hair fall.

Regards
Dr.Riyanka.
