Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Irritation In Eyes

hi, im having headackes most days and somedays even been sick i went to the doctors and they gave me paracetomal but this didn't stop i was then told to get my eyes checked but the opticians said my eyes are fine, it's a really sharp pain which is also irratating my eyes im 18, 5foot 4inches and weigh around 81/2stone
