Hello! Thank you for your question on HCM! I understand your concern. I think that these symptoms may be related to low blood pressure or epilepsy seizure. The sweat is very suggestive for low blood pressure or low plasma glucose. But the headache after this episode is more indicative for a partial seizure. I would recommend to consult with your GP, have a routine blood analysis, blood glucose levels and to monitor your blood pressure.
