You have to get relief from
indigestion to treat headache.Here are few question to you.
Drink approx.3 litre water daily.
Eat more fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Take fried food to a minimum.
Fiber containing diet taken more like apple, whole grain , wheat bran , banana etc.
Avoid food lead to gas formation like cauliflower, cabbage etc.
Digestive enzymes and fibre supplement can be taken.
Chamomile in tea useful
Along with dietary care do regular 30 minute exercise.like running or walking or cycling.
Avoid
stress.
Over the counter
stool softener can be taken for few days.
Take enough rest.
