Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache Which Occurs Behind Eyes

Hey, I'm a 19 year old male architecture student. I've been suffering from headaches for a while. I figure its from staring at the computer for too long. They've gotten progressively worse over time and sometimes only happen when my eyes are close and I'm trying to sleep. They're the kind of headaches that occur behind the eyes and give me the same sensation one would experience when wearing glasses that they do not need to; a sort of cross-eyed feeling. I'd really appreciate some help on this, thanks.

Neurologist 's  Response
thanks sir,for posting this question.
I am a neurologist, i regularly see patients with smilar complaints.
Most of these young patients with bifrontal / retrorbital headache worsening with straining on computers or sunlight exposure , often associated with nausea have Migraine. But severe intermittent retrorbital pain with redness of eyes can also be because of eye diseases like galaucoma or severe redractive error. So, you need to meet a opthalmologist first,if everything is ok from his side neurologist will easily take care of your Migraine.
