Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through the query and would like to offer some information. During the sexual act, the hormone oxytocin is released and this can cause a rise in the blood pressure. Since your symptoms suggest a rise in the blood pressure during orgasm, considering your age, I would suggest a proper clinical evaluation and treat any undetected hypertension. Else, the symptoms are transient and are relieved with time. Hope this helps.
