Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I had a headache earlier today, had no pills, I could not stop what I was doing at work to ask for medicine. After the headache was unbearable I experienced numbness on the left side of my face followed by twitching in the lower portion of face now the numbness remains in the lower portion of face on both left and right sides and my lower portion is still twitching. When my face/head went numb at first, it was followed by throbbing of my LT Eye.
