Hello!

I read carefully your question and understand your concern.

The symptoms you have may be related to inflammation like a temporal arteritis or to blood pressure changes. Migraine can cause a similar clinical scenario.

I would like to know your age and if you have suffered from migraine before.

I recommend you to consult with the neurologist and perform a routine blood test, inflammation tests . A brain CT scan may be necessary to exclude intracranial lesions.
I would also advise you to closely monitor your blood pressure. Dehydration usually causes other symptoms like fatigue, low blood pressure, sore mouth etc.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings!

Dr. Aida
