Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
Good evening Doc, please I noticed a lump on the lower part of my left nostril and it s painful. I also have constant headaches on the right side of my head and it affects only the right eye. Sometimes I feel dizzy and I feel pains around the left side of my face. Please what is wrong? Thank you

I feel that you are having nasal polyp with recurrent attacks of sinusitis.You need to go for nasal endoscopy and treatment for sinusitis including decongestants,antihistaminic such as Cetrizet D along with proper antibiotics.If nasal endoscopy reveals a polyp u may require surgery.
