Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache
I m a twelve year old female. i have a bad headache and it feels like I d vomit if I ate anything. I m feeling really tired. A few days ago my mom said I might be getting a cold. She s a nurse but she just started so I wan to ask a pro. Is it just a cold?

Tab paracetamol, tab ibuprofen can take after prescription for headache. For nausea can take tab Pantoprazole after prescription. Take rest proper. Avoid bright light. Avoid noise and anger. Do meditation and yoga daily. Take steam inhalation. Take caffeine in small amount.
