Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Hi , I get woken up at night with a survere throbing headache on the left back of my head , usualy between 1am and 3am . This comes and goes , but it happens more than not . I get up , move around and have a cup off coffee , then it goes away . I am a 41y male W.

Throbbing type of headache due to migraine, avoid triggering factors like noises, light and take prescriptions like sumatriptans.
