Suggest Treatment For Severe Hip Pain Due To Injury

When I was around 12 years old I fell from a flight of stairs, sort of to avoid some kids jumped over them and flew all the way to the bottom, from what I can remember. I landed on one of my hips. I remember it hurting a lot as I immidiatly yelled for my brother to help me. My father came out and had to carry me inside. I know I must of been in a lot of pain. I wasn nevr taken to the hospital ( don't ask me why) I coulnt walk for wks and wen I could I had to use one of my grandmothers old canes. For almost 10 years I have lived with trmendous pain. I have bn to doctors who have taken x rays but they all say nothin is wrong I think they just turn me away because I have no insurance or something. To this day I can stand for long periods of time, I always have to put my weight on either hip. My left one is the one that hurts. I think maybe it was dislocated. What should I do?
