My Dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I have studied your symptoms and accompanying details.
You appear to be having ring worm infection. This condition is caused by a fungus that prefers moist and friction prone sites which sweat more profusely.

In such a case an ointment containing Miconazole or Clotrimazole applied twice a day with anti allergic by mouth works well and fast. In addition one must take care to dry the area and not let sweat accumulate.

You are also likely to get well soon by following these simple measures.
Best wishes fro Healthcaremagic!
