My Dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I have noted your details and related concerns. My view is that:

1 You are having sensitive skin and it is fairly normal for several normal people to experience the kind of symptoms as described by you.

2 I would advise you to explore and find out why do you getting itching in the first place. To begin with, you might like to consider insect bites, waxing, cosmetics, clothing, any particular environment, or even emotional distress.

You need not worry about Leukemia as that will have several other features that are not present in your case.

Wish you healthy skin.
