Suggest Treatment For Severe Itchiness On The Skin
Hey doc, I am having symptoms multiples times a day of super itchy skin flashes. It happens when I get hot or embarrassed or excited. I am 22 I have tried different soaps and diet and lotions but nothing helps. The itching gets to a point where I have to stop what I am doing and go sit down until it goes away. The itching lasts anywhere from 10-15 minutes. No gives at all
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern. As per details, it seems that you are suffering from a condition called urticaria. It is characterised by red colored itchy transient eruptions over body. It can be caused by allergy to recent infection, any food, seasonal change, drugs, pollen grains etc. I will advise you to get your blood sugar levels, thyroid profile, Absolute Eosinophil count, IgE levels done. In such cases, I prefer to advise oral antihistaminics like levocetrizine for my patients. You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps. Take care.
