Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain When Diagnosed With A Blood Clot

i was recently diaginosed with a popital blood clot on left leg. placed on xarelto. My leg is swollen severely down to my foot with excessive pain and hot to the touch. yesterday in the er the dr said the blood clot is gone , which of original finding was march 10, they then tell me I have a bakers cyst in the same area. the problem is now i have an infection that has spread over my body causing red blotches and hot to touch. the leg is so painful i have to use a cane to walk. and it is hard ...its been like this for almost 2 weeks and i am extreme pain. what can this be and what can be done
