Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain

I have a friend has been having very severe leg pains lasting a couple of days at a time. These spells have been occurring for several months now. He went to the doctor and they were unsure of the cause and I am positive he didn t tell them he is a regular user of crystal methamphetamine. Could this be something serious or probably just a side effect from the drug
