hi.

noted history of irregular menses and intermittent right lower quadrant abdominal pain. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a gynecologist, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. lesions such as cysts of ovarian origin, tumor lesions of the colon or bladder must be ruled-out. diagnostics such as ultrasound or ct-scan may be requested. management (medical and.or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
