Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Left Arm Pain

I am having some pain in my lower left arm... It hurts when I turn it to the right. I thought it might be a pulled muscle, but it's been about 2 weeks now. The pain feels like it's more in the muscle, as opposed to superficial or close to the surface. My wrist and hand are not involved at all. Sometimes it feels like the pain goes a little bit above my elbow, but most of it is centralized in the lower middle of my arm, kind of in the area of the bone that runs straight down from the thumb. What is your opinion?
