Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Pain And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen

Last night, I had some pain in my lower stomach area. Today, I have a burning sensation and when I went to my doctor and he pushed on that area, I did feel some pain. He is sending me for a pelvic ultrasound, though I think my symptoms feel very similar to what I felt when I had a UTI many years ago. He says there is no blood in my urine.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, ultrasonography was not important just because of nonspecific pain because vague abdomen pain pretty common condition and most of the time it may be due to colic or dyspepsia it may not need any treatment but unbearable pain can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen else it is nothing to worry, UTI is out of question hope this information helps.
