Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine Headache

What is it when the shoulders, neck, throat and sinuses go into spasm, most severely affecting the throat? Also normal breathing patterns seem permanently disrupted as-well as causes headaches and extreme migraines? Other problems throughout the body may be associated.

Thank you for choosing HCM

There is a chance that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of recurring headache which causes issues again and again in you. I think that the spasms in the shoulders are causing the headaches and this is what is causing the issues in you. You can try to avoid the spasm so that it does not lead to a headache.

Here are a few things that you can try:
Heat the area of the hot water bag to stop the spasms
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 10 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
