hello dear, It seems you have a genuine issue which should be addressed properly. if you have been diagnosed with cervical spondylitis, which is a common orthopedic problem. The intensity of symptoms you are telling points out to some negligence on your part which has given the condition a chance to flare up. Changing doctor at this stage will not help you as Orthopedicians have got very limited options of medications with them. It will be better if you add physiotherapy to your treatment. Ultrasonic massage and magnetic interferencial therapy will help help you but will take a long time to get relieved. These two modalities will help in increase in circulation of blood to the affected areas and add to the healing process. I sincerely request you not to get external massage, but you can use pain relieving gel/cream with soft hands as per your choice. I hope i could address your concern.
