Suggest Treatment For Severe Nose Bleed

Hello There, I had a bad cold about a month ago and towards the end of the cold had a bad nose bleed when I blew my nose. About two weeks I noticed some yellow phlegm from my nose every morning mixed with blood, in the mornings only. Went to see a doctor 12 days ago and was given biaxin 1000mg once a day for ten days, have finished the antibiotics but still have whitish mucuos with blood every morning. Have been told many times that I have PND for the last 10 yrs because I always clear throat in the mornings. It is not a severe nosebleed but strings of blood mixed with mucuos, also after blowing my nose sometimes spit out a little blood. I live in a cold climate, but have had a humidifier in my room for last 10 days. I am very concerned that this could be some kind of cancer, please share your thoughts.
