Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. i think you might be having infection in the nkle. So I would suggest you to get a iopinion from other doctor if possible a bone and joint specialist.
You should also get blood investigation like WBC, ESR and CRP. if there is any positive reports than you need to take splinting of the ankle and rest. if there is pus inside than you might need a surgery to drain the pus.
You can ask direct questions from me also with blood reports attached.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
I find this answer helpful
