Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Hernia

Hi I was told that I have a hernia the other day. Today I was getting in my truck. It felf that I pulled something. Now I can not stand up straight and the pain is very bad in the area that has been hurting all this time before the droctor told me about the hernia

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history.
You have a diagnosed hernia and if the pain has developed while getting up the truck, there are few possibilities as follows:
- Obstructed hernia, if not reduced immediately may need to emergency surgery.
- Torsion testes, again needs immediate surgery.
-Pulled muscle.

I would advise you to report to ER and get a clinical evaluation done and examined to decide the future course of treatment.
