Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Itching In Ear

Lt ear started w/SEVERE itching 3 days ago..used ear was removal system (w/drops & bulb) seemed to help but only for couple hrs. next morn ear was worse..could hear//feel sumthing in ear when i moved my jaws..entrance to Lt ear seemd to be inflammed..soreness..very sore feel lightheaded/nauseated. No fever.never have experienced anything like this..hard to describe..has worsened today, am feeling sick to stomach..started out w/itching/pain around opening of ear but itching was deep in the ear

Hi..

It looks like ear infection leading to inflammation in ear..

Feeling of something moving in ear can be due to fluid inside the ear secondary to infection..

So my suggestion is to consult an Otorhinolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination and otoscopy can be done for confirmation..

In case if there is infection a course of antibiotics can be advised like Augmentin along with antibiotic ear drops like Ciprofloxacin can be advised along with Otogesic eardops.

Cleaning of ear professionally can also be done..
