Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Swelling In The Knees After Twisting It
my left knee is swollen double in size due to I twisted my knee a couple of weeks ago and it s been acting up since but today I did a lot of outside work and also housework and now my knee is killing me - I cannot bend it though I can walk but very slowly and I have a hard time sitting down due to bending my knee - my email is: YYYY@YYYY thank you - what I need is a cortisone shot in my knee
