Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Caused After Vaginal Hysterectomy
I ve been told that when I had a vaginal hysterectomy 28 years ago that my bladder stem was cut off some. I have been having to be stretched and dilated ever since. At first it was once a year and they put me to sleep. Now it s every 4-5 months and they do it in the office using lidocaine which does me no good, I still feel everything they do and it is excruciating pain. Isn t there some other way to treat this? After 28 years of this I can hardly will myself to go anymore but can t take the pain, cramping and infections without it. Please help!
Hi, From history it seems that there might be having lax pelvic floor musculature producing prolapse of bladder or rectum or both might have giving this problem. Due to coming down these organs there might be having recurrent infection at the site. Consult Gynaec and get examined and decide plan of treatment. Go for regular pelvic floor muscle exercises. Ok and take care.
