Hello,

Get clinically examined by a GP, get required investigations done like abdominal ultrasound. Investigations like endoscopic ultrasound to detect smaller stones that maybe missed in abdominal ultrasound. Blood tests, other investigations like oral cholecystography, CT, ERCP, etc., so that treatment can be started at the earliest.

It is treated by conservative treatment, medicines that can help to dissolve the gallstones with certain medications like Udiliv (ursodeoxycholic acid). If the blood reports show high cholesterol levels or fatty liver along with gall stones, you will be prescribed Sorbiline syrup (sorboline - tricholine citrate). The symptoms should subside by proper treatment if not then surgery may be recommended.

Avoid taking fried food, junk food. Take homemade boiled food to avoid acidity and gastritis. You can take antacids or PPIs to get rid of pain due to gas and acidity. You can take antispasmodics or dicyclomine, one when required to get rid of pain. This will give you temporary relieve.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
