Sir , I am 26 years old when i was 24 i put a rubber around my penis to stop the flow of blood in my penis itself, but after putting the rubberband within few minutes i got a severe pain in my penis, before that my penis was so hard and strong but now it become so soft, i am very much worried about that kindly give me a solution doctor
