Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Abdomen

Ive had my tubes tide clipped and burnt 4 years ago but just two weeks ago i had severe pain in my abdominal area and lower back.i normally have and irregular period that last only 6 days.but. just two weeks ago i stayed on for nine and a week just past and i am back on with the same abdominal and back pains.I went the E.R and they said it was just my hormones what do u think it is this never happened to me before

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since the tubes were tied and burnt 4 years ago and there were no complaints till now except for the 2 days that you have got severe pain in the abdomen and lower back area. The probable diagnosis may be related to colitis or urinary tract infection.
Other probable causes can be lymph node mass, pelvic inflammatory disease and so on for which you need to undergo the following:
Consult your Doctor although the ER people have told you about hormones causing the symptoms:
Get the hormones tested so that HRT that is hormone replacement therapy can help you a lot.
Get an ultrasound of abdomen along with X-ray in standing position.
If fecoliths are present go for enema to evacuate the colon and get relief.
If there is fluid in the lower abdomen go for treatment of tapping to get the proper treatment.
Once diagnosed a proper management can be instituted.
