Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Bones

I am a 41 year old female 5 8 135 lbs. I have chronic pain associated with MS like symptoms but no lesions on the brain. It feels like my bones are crushed all over my body along with chronic insomnia (days without any sleep) and on days that I do sleep no more than 3 hours. They have given me enough to kill an elephant and it still doesn t make me sleep. Pain medication seems to have very little effect either. I have been on a Dilaudid pump along with oxycontin and percocet for breakthrough pain while in the hospital and it still does little to even take the edge off. The pain is excruciating and I have no insurance and cannot find out what is wrong with me. I have been going through this since my car accident in 2002. I also have muscle rigidity especially in my calves to where I cannot put my heel to the floor as well as severe muscle jumping or perhaps nerve twitches that occurs like a symphony all over my body from my face, to my neck/head, each shoulder, stomach, upper and lower arms, hands, back, hips, thighs, calves, and feet this is non stop all day every day. I fall at least twice per day and some very painful falls that aggravate injuries from a car accident in 2002 where I had a subluxation of c3, I have bulging discs in c5 L4 L5 L6 and sacrum and coccyx pain. Two Left shoulder surgeries (1st for impingement, 2nd for labral tear) and now have torn rotator cuffs on both shoulders which dislocate if I reach to far or rotate too much. I need an open capsular repair on the left with possible replacement and repair for both rotator cuffs. I also have chronic infections that turn septic some MRSA and now I have become Vancomycin resistant as well which now they are using Zyvox. I recently went to the ER with another infection that went from a tiny scratch on the nose to a full infection to half of my face within 12 hours. My resting heart rate was 150 beats per minute and blood pressure 148/98. Normally when I am septic my heart rate is very high; however, I went to the ER quickly and it did not become septic this time. I am hospitalized 8 times per year for these types of infections. Usually they happen on the skin on top of my sternum area to where there is never any cut or opening in the skin, it swells and becomes extremely red and very hot to the touch or in my fingers (hang nails) where the red line moves up my arm at an extremely rapid rate from a hang nail to infectection to 2 cm from my heart within 12- 24 hours. What concerns me now is my resting heart rate is still 115+ beats per minute. I am on Klonopin .5 mil twice a day. Percocet 7.5/325 every 4 hours baclofen 10mg two pills three times per day neurotin 300mg 3 x s per day phenergan 25mg as needed. I was on Savella 100mg once per day and 750mg of Stavzor for which I cannot afford any more but really helped especially with the jerking of muscles or nerves. I really am scared as I went from working two jobs to very limited mobility since I had stroke like symptoms in December 2010 (left side paralysis, slurred speech, face drawn) but doctor s again came up with no answers except that it is psychosymatic. I have been hearing this for 9 years now. It used to be only about twice per year that the pain would be so bad that I would have to stop working for about a month to this last year of it escalating to 6 months not able to work with a 2 month period of limited symptoms to 9 months of very little mobility and increased falling. I don t know where else to turn. The pain is so intense all the time that I not only fear for my health but for my life.
