Ive hhbeen having some pain in my left buttocks it hurts when I get up to fast and the osin does shoot to my thigh as well when I walk it hurts ar stand to long or sit certain way when I carry my daughter it hurts as well my email is YYYY@YYYY

From description it seems to be tendinitis which causes pain. Give rest to the part. Doing hot fomentation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful.
