Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Hamstring
I have pain in my hamstring for the past few days. I had my gallbladder removed two days before the onset of the symtoms. No pain when I am not moving my legs. It is not cramping but very painful when I move my legs or try to walk. It does not always ache the same but it is like a sharp shooting pain when I move or a dull ache after the pain. Can if be due to anaesthetic ...I have even started taking magnesiun and calcium tabs to see if it will help with no real improvement

Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Hamstring
Hi, As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
