Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Hip

I have pain in my left hip. Right near the groin area, it s been going on for almost ten months. I ve been to orthopedics and was told it wasn t skeletal I ve been in physical therapy for one month. For a few days now I noticed that the pain is ever constant and now it hurts to touch my hip. It feels like there s a hard piece going across my hip horizontally in the front closest to the groin area/ crevice. I don t know what I should do now. Thanks.

1 according to age, if age is more than due to aging and another factors avascular necrosis might be there.
