At the same time my legs had almost givin out as if I had no control of them. Since then I cant sit or stand for long periods of time. I cant do any kind of excersizes without being in the worst pain that brings tears to me. The worst part is I cant keep a job due to the bad pain that I am having. What should I do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a bulging disc in the lumbar vertebral column.

For this reason, I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam and performing a lumbar spine CT scan or MRI study.

In the meantime, I recommend having some bed rest and avoiding physical activity, especially prolonged sitting or standing up position.

Painkillers can help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
