Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Neck And Shoulder

I am 6 weeks post shoulder surgery. I have been having severe pain in my operative shoulder and in my anterior neck. Had an MRI yesterday and the results say a glenohumeral joint effusion, surrounding soft tissue edema and enhancement likely related to recent shoulder surgery. What is the treatment and what exactly does this mean?

probably it is reactionary effussion , for which resting arm and shoulder in a sling and taking prescribed anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medicines for few days may be required, so consut treating surgeon
