Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain On Right Temple

My right temple has severe pain when I bend over every day for past 2 yrs. Usually I feel mild pain in right eye and temple area during the day, worse in the evening without bending over and then severe when have to pick something up. I haven t had a sinus infection in over 6 mths. I use a saline nasal flush every morning for past 6mths. I take spironolactone for acne for about 2 yrs. Any ideas other than I have sinus issues and have to live with it.
