Due to vigorous coughing, there may be shock like sensation in few patients and it s seen in cervical spondylosis or multiple sclerosis. You may be suffering from acute bronchitis or pneumonia or bronchopneumonia. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid cool drinks and frozen water. Use tablet Amoxyclav. Use syrup Ascoril.
