You are suffering from a systemic inflammatory diorder of ankylosing spondylitis and bilateral sacroilitus is the cause of u r pain.
Get hlab27 done. X ray of pelvis with both Si joint is required. And anti inflammatory medications with etrococcib and indometahcin are helpful.
